The JCB 535-95 Loadall is a full-sized 3-stage telescopic handler with a big reach. It’s efficiently powered by JCB’s DIESELMAX engine and it sits on a chassis that’s specially designed to provide the ultimate load-bearing and stability.

New instruments and a hi-res TFT screen form an intuitive automotive-style layout in the new 535-95 Loadall cab, while backlit switches are crystal clear even in the dark. Visibility on a 535-95 telescopic handler is excellent, courtesy of a cleverly-packaged driveline and sloping bonnet. The new-look exterior of the 535-95 Loadall isn’t purely cosmetic; the cooling fan airflow is now angled upwards, reducing dust build-up. The exterior top door slam latch is new – you can now close the upper door from outside. On bright days, standard-fit tinted cab glass will reflect 30% of the sun’s energy for enhanced operator comfort. An improved rear window seal provides positive closure; this keeps dust and debris out of the 535-95’s cab. A productivity-enhancing 7-speed fan optimises heating and cooling in the cab of the 535-95 telescopic handler. The cab is one of the largest around, boasting class-leading low noise levels; excellent air flow, ventilation and demisting; optional air conditioning; fully adjustable steering column and optional suspension seat.
JCB’s EcoMAX motor produces high levels of power and torque even at engine speeds as low as 1400-1600rpm, which means that a JCB Construction Loadall can provide fuel-efficient matching of transmission and hydraulics. Because EcoMAX doesn’t use exhaust after-treatment, it doesn’t need costly heat-resistant lube oils or Adblue, saving servicing costs. And, because EcoMAX can be adapted to run on lower-grade fuels, the 535-95 is resalable across different territories, which boost residuals. A JCB 535-95 telescopic handler is a great asset in so many respects, not least financially – huge global demand, plus legendary productivity and superb build quality equals maximum resale value. High back-off brakes reduce viscous drag during roading and rehandling, which improves fuel economy on these telescopic handlers by up to 2%.
All daily checks and greasing on a 535-95 Loadall can be carried out at ground level; engine oil, hydraulic and fuel filters are centrally located for convenience. The air filter is also easily accessible, and easy to clean. For fast, easy inspection of 3 sides of the engine, this telescopic handler has a large, wide service bay, accessed by a gas-assisted bonnet. You can access a 535-95 Loadall’s battery easily (and without specialist tools) via a lockable cover that’s opened with the ignition key. The diesel tank is also easy to get to, and can be filled from ground level. For protection from dirty fuel, there’s an integral pre-filter in the filler neck. A dry lubricant system means the 535-95’s wear pads are extremely durable, with service intervals of 500 hours – compared to around 250 hours on typical competitor machines. Most Tier 4i engines use a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) or SCR, requiring additional AdBlue fluid level maintenance – EcoMAX doesn’t. The 535-95’s cab air intake filter is easier than ever to access and replace.
For quick, easy and safe access, the JCB 535-95 has a three-point access. Hose burst check valves on the rams prevent collapse if a hose fails, and JCB Adaptive Load Control system is automatically activated to control the boom functions to help maintain the longitudinal stability of your 535-95 Loadall. The seat safety switch on the 535-95 disables forward and reverse when an operator leaves their seat; this prevents inadvertent operation. A JCB 535-95 comes equipped with a full set of side and rear view mirrors for all round visibility and safety compliance. For extra safety, a reverse alarm is standard-fit too. Our Loadall security system is Thatcham-approved (depending on territory). It comprises a Cesar Datatag (on UK vehicles), a JCB Livelink telematics vehicle tracker, and an immobiliser. Besides providing peace of mind, these measures can also reduce insurance premiums. The 535-95’s factory-fit immobiliser arms itself after a certain period following engine shutdown. Choose your activation method from a unique key or 4-digit keypad. The immobiliser on a 535-95 Loadall always synchronises with the ECU before starting the engine, providing increased theft protection. Backlit switches are clearly visible, even at night or in low visibility.
A JCB 535-95 Loadall is fitted with a tough inverted U-shaped boom pressing with fully welded closing plates. For extra strength we limit the number of joints and stress points across our integrated boom nose and one-piece closing plate. The boom on a 535-95 is mounted low in the chassis, providing a rigid structure and maximum over-the-shoulder visibility. Hoses are routed through the boom for maximum protection, while boom overlaps of up to 1.0m ensure ultimate strength and durability. Side-mounted recessed bonnets and fold-up rear lights are designed to avoid on-site damage to your telescopic handler. The new 535-95 telescopic handler’s stringent testing programme has included prolonged high stress loading of the chassis, boom and other key components, as well as repeated transmission use over thousands of cycles. To prove how good our EcoMAX engines are, we’ve tested them for 110,000 hours in 70 different machines across the toughest applications and environments. A one-piece fully welded chassis maximises the strength and minimises the weight of the JCB 535-95.

The side-mounted JCB engine combines with JCB axles and transmission to ensure a reliable drivetrain performance from well-proven components.

Then there’s instant steering selection between three modes for easy operation, a tight turn radius and great manoeuvrability.

  • 3.7m outer turn radius over tyres
  • 82 l/min max hydraulic flow
  • High power and torque at low revs
  • 6.52m max forward reach
  • 5.08m max reach with a 1000 kg load
  • Mechanical joystick, direct acting hydraulic control levers
